Hey all! I made a "Photo a Day" challenge for May. The idea is to pick a pet and naturally raise it, and post pics using these as photo prompts. It's just for fun but if you do all 31 days I'll make a stamp with your pet on it! Have fun and I'll see you on May 1 to see who you picked to raise!  |

1. Hi! I'm Jacquard! So I was interested in this, and decided to give it a try! ^^ He's so small I feel like one picture seems so...underwhelming to go out of my way to post. xD But, it's a photo a day challenge so I should stick to one a day, and they'll eventually add up, so I guess I'd better not burn myself out on one day anyway! But yes! I've been playing around with some Shelter Dogs lately, and I thought it would be fun to naturally raise some, and this guy was JUST adopted tonight, in honor of this challenge! He's gonna be my pet for this, and I'm looking forward to seeing him grow!  No idea how big he's going to get! So I was looking up fabric type names because he reminds me of a little plush toy, but I have so many in use already it was hard to find one I hadn't picked. Weirdly, when searching "types of fabric" one of the results was...a Jacquard machine?? I've never heard of it before... :X But it had a somehow refined sound to it. And this little guy with his little mustache needed some kind of refined name, so I thought it would be a good fit. xDD He's still brand new and we'll be learning more about him as we go, but for now, all I really know is he's hated the two other Petz he's met...off to a great start! xDDD

Happy MAY!! I love your pick CatCreature! Here's my guy, his name is Fenrin and he's the son of one of my fave recent purchases, a kitty from Rat Bard who I named Maori and my maine coon Sahara. I just love this little man, he has lots of personality   |

Decided to breed a new pet just for the challenge. I had a happy accident.... Hi! I'm Azule. I was born just today.  I love to stand up to get my back petted already. I'm blue because Stancy forgot to take her Rosie [from animal crossing] Tabby file out of the game. |

Franz! franz has been part of my crew for a bit, but i haven't really played around with him quite as much as some of the others, so i thought it'd be fun to use him for this (plus he's one of the only pets in my crew whose mom i actually have, haha)

Hi! I'm Jasper!Just received this little dude today. He's off the TFM from Salem. So figured what better pet to use for this!
I'm loving the attitude he's got going on so far and looking forward to getting to know him throughout the month.

 1. Hi I'm Prawn! I'm the first draft of a Merdali hex Gin spontaneously made for Mermay! I will be raised naturally but might also undergo some cosmetic changes along the way. Shelter Dog buddies!! I love that we're doing this together with Shelter Dogz! Sparkler is SO CUTE, oh my gosh!! He/She was born? What do the parents look like? Also, most everybody is using multiple pictures...now I feel especially underwhelming and want to redo my first entry. xD I'll probably take more pictures before the 1st is over, and when midnight rolls around and I'm prepping for my 2nd entry, I'll put them both in the same post! xD |
