There is no one "american accent" Each region has it's own accent, just like every other place.

I like canadian (Well, what i've heard from the Ontario/Toronto area) Because I'm a quater canadian through my mum's side so I visit canada a lot. I think it's cute how little stereotypical girls sound, but GOSH sometimes I feel like ripping my hair out form theose corny disney tv shows my sister watches. I don't like the stereotypicial 'Texas' Accent. "Howdy y'alll I'm form texas" Kind of thing. I bet they don't even sound like that! But it annoys me to heck! No offense to any texans, though. I know you don't sound like that.
One thing that irks me is the stereotypical british accent. We are NOT all posh nobs having high tea with frilly curtains and cucumber sandwiches with the crusts cut off! or I don't sound Like a lonon 'cockney' or whatever. I don't really know what i sound like to be honest! But my canadian relatives all really like my accent. It haves a bit of a drawl to it ('cause I'm lazy) and I sound a bit british when I record my voice. But I tend to leave the end letter of a word off and stuff.

Well, I have an english (american) accent, but I do have a slight southern accent too, which is appropriate for where I live because I live in a wide open farming state. Some accents though just totally creep me out!

Erm...I live in California, so I suppose I have whatever accent comes from there? To me, I just sound really plain, and my words are sort of choppy sounding? If that makes -any- sense, which I'm sure it doesn't. ><
Anyway, I love most accents, preferably British and Scottish accents. :3 I don't like strong Indian accents or anything that's difficult to understand.
