I just tried to open petz and the profile box popped up empty and not responding. It's happening everytime I open the game. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I see this was over a week ago now, but in case you haven't figured it out, or if anyone else is having this issue:
If you are on Windows 11 and have recently updated, the update breaks profiles apparently, you have to go into the registry and delete the PetzA profiles entry (location should be something like current_user -> software -> sherlock software). You also won't be able to use the profiles feature any more unfortunately.
If you are not on Windows 11, and this is happening, the above may still help to reset them so worth a try as well.
You could also try uninstalling PetzA, don't forget to remove the petza.toy too! Then reinstalling the original from Sherlock, re-adding the original petza.toy. Launch your game and make sure PetzA works. (and then if you want the new PetzA by Prism, replace the petza.toy with the new one after all that has been completed).
