Sorry for posting so many petz question today! I been willing to ask this for a long time, but had no time ,until now! So! the title is a bit confussing,I know,Sorry for that! What I try to ask is: is it possible to make a Catz1 look alikes as a breedfile for Petz3,4,5? I think they look very simple and cute and think it should not be too hard, but I could be wrong! (reminder of hos cute the Catz1 is,picture in the link) petz.fandom.com/wiki/CatzHave anyone already done this?? I don't mean a hexed pet,I mean a proper breedfile. Making all the different catz1 into one single breedfle would be nice, they would act the same but at least would have the looks! If it is not impossible,I maybe even will try it myself

gyiyg made a Scaredy conversion! They had to change the size of the wrist and ankles after doing the straight conversion, b/c for some reason the lnz defaults for those balls are different between Catz 1 and Catz II/3/4? But it's here. I know there's also a Jester and a Pouncer conversion that have been made, but I don't remember where to find them...
Catz 1 LNZ is formatted differently from later petz games, but if you keep in mind the format differences (and needing to make a few manual ball size tweaks to account for the differences between the Catz 1 and Catz II/3/4/5 default ball sizes), it's definitely doable.
However, you're better of making individual breeds for each individual Catz 1 breed - making different variations of a single breedfile have very different shapes isn't really entry-level hexing. Also, hexing each Catz 1 breed of of its "modern" counterpart (Jester/Calico, Scaredy/Oshie, Sophistico/Meezer, Pouncer/B+W, Homebody/Persian) means the Catz 1 breed will have personality traits it's supposed to!

I think it should definitely be possible with a lot of tweaking. They look easier to make than the dogz, at least (probably why I haven't seen dogz conversions).
I agree with the advice above about making separate breedfiles. You can always use the same breed as a base so they all end up having the same personality. You could add the different things (hair colour and the like) as variations in one breedfile but I'm not sure there's a way to force specific combinations so you might end up dealing with mismatched parts.
