Why Show Your petz?
Because it's a nice way to show off your special petz, either home-bred, adopted, or hexed, instead of letting them rot on your hard disk, unseen by anyone! Because it's rewarding, and you will feel a real sense of pride when you and your pet earns the coveted SGCh. title, making him or her all the more special to you! And because it's just plain fun!
You can now even keep track of your petz' careers in your very own Showroom on RKC! What Is the Ultimate Goal?
The goal is to earn points, awarded by the person/judge who opened the show. Most people retire their petz when they win the SGCh. title (Supreme Grand Champion), which is earned at 30 show points.
Pose Show Points:
These are points your petz can win by placing in individual pose shows.
Best In Show (BIS) = 5 points
1st Place = 4 points
2nd Place = 3 points
3rd Place = 2 points
Honorable Mention (HM) = 1 point
Pose Show Titles:
These are the titles your petz can win by adding up your total show points.
Supreme Grand Champion (SGCh) at 30 points
Master Grand Champion (MGCh) at 20 points
Grand Champion (GCh) at 15 points
Champion (Ch) at 10 Points
Reserved Champion (RCh or Rc) at 5 points
Most people usually retire their petz when they reach the SGCh. title.
More advanced titles, beyond SGCh include:
Legend (Legend/LD) at 500 pts
Legendary Champion (LCh) at 300 pts
Reserve Legendary Champion (RLCh) at 200 pts
World Champion (WCh) at 100 pts
Reserve World Champion (RWCh) at 90 pts
Ultimate Grand Champion (UGCh) at 50 pts
Graphic Awards & Trophies
Feel free to pick up any of the graphic awards and trophies below if your petz have earned a placement or title in a show. You can use them in your own shows, to highlight or display the current status of a particular show pet, track your progress, decorate your Showroom, or show off in your signature. You can use them in any way you want on RKC -- even edit and personalize them if you like.
