I posted this question on WW, but I know some people here are not on there so I figured I'd ask here as well.
I'm curious to know, have you ended up noticing certain patterns/preferences in your crew that were totally unintentional?
For example, I've noticed I tend to get cats that are black, white, grey, or any combination of those! And for some reason, I've ended up with more brown and grey dogs. I didn't set out to do this and it wasn't on purpose -- it's something I randomly noticed when looking at my crew a while back.
What about you?

Floppy ears! I usually prefer pointed shepherd ears for a wolfish look but I've been breeding with Abno's English Foxhounds as of late and I'm starting to really love floppy ears.

It took me some time to realize I really like fuzzy dogz, especially dogz with the poodle coat texture! Of the 82 bred dogz on my site (oof need to update lol), 62 have fuzzy coats and 45 of those have the poodle texture! 75.6% fuzzy and 54.9% poodle!! I didn't realize I liked fuzzy poodle dogz so much until right now!
Edit: I'm actually curious now about the stats for my dogz... what are the most represented colors and patterns? Let's work this out!
My favorite main coat color is apparently orange (14 dogz) followed by red (12 dogz) and blue and black (11 dogz each).
My most prominent secondary colors (for the colored markings like halfie coats) are black (29 dogz), no secondary color (16 dogz), and cream (12 dogz).
My most prominent eye colors were blue (16 dogz), silver-gray and green (15 dogz each), and cherry (10 dogz).
My most prominent ear styles are dali (45 dogz), scottie (26 dogz), and dane (7 dogz).
My most prominent tail styles are dali/dachie (36 dogz), long sheepie (19 dogz), and bobbed sheepie (11 dogz).
39 of my dogz have spots; 43 are spotless.
I have 61 dalis, 13 dachies, and 8 danes.
Aaaaaand I could do more but I'm lazy.
Apparently my favorite dog, according to my statistics, would be an orange, fuzzy dali with blue eyes, black secondary markings, dali ears, a dali tail, and no spots. Which sounds... kind of boring, honestly. I think my favorite trait when it comes to my petz crew is variety! I like color and trait combos I don't already have, because one of the coolest things about Petz is all the awesome mixed breeds you can make!

I don't know that breed, I'll have to go check it out! I love floppy ears (though I expected that). Same, I have a major thing for gray scale petz... and SPOTS! I'm glad I'm not the only one! I love spots too, though I don't have many petz with those. Oshies and Calicos , I used to only breed meezers! I would definitely have guessed meezers were your favourites haha. I haven't explored the original cat breeds much but I'm starting to get a soft spot for oshies too? I've used a couple in breeding projects and they're so sweet. I'm impressed you've worked out all that! I should probably sit down and try to do something similar. I really love orange and red for dogs, too And I completely agree about the variety. I try to branch out and not repeat too many, though it hasn't always worked out that way. Most of my petz are mixies or files with lots of variations (like shelter dogs) exactly because of this, there are so many awesome combinations and it's really fun to see surprising new ones.

Lol thanks! It was out of curiosity more than anything else! I'm not surprised at all by the fur colors, since orange and red are my JAM, but I was shocked I have so many blue-eyed petz since I don't ever consciously go for blue eyes! Weird lol
Yesss it's the best! I don't want the same dog over and over again; I want a colorful group of assorted pupz with features unique to my crew!

I honestly have no idea if I have any eye type I gravitate to or not. Now I'm really curious, I wonder if I'll notice anything surprising like you did! Exactly! Even with certain features that I tend to love, I always aim to have my pets all look different from each other -- the more unique, the better. It makes it easier to remember who's who, too. I've found I keep accidentally getting really round cats?? Like persians aren't what I aim for (I go for greyscale and red) but I've gotten so many round/giant cats pff That's so weirdly specific and I love it! I'm almost the opposite, I tend to get more angular cats (like alley mixies) and love tiny cats. But chonky cats can look so cute and huggable, I can see why you love them!

I find when I hex something I gravitate towards earthy greens and browns. I have no idea why it keeps happening because I keep INTENDING to use bright colours. Obviously I have a general oshie preference but that's not unexpected... However, I recently discovered I rather like black and white dogs with a specific look and I now have like 50 of them They have dane heads but a variety of different ears, dali or dane body and dane legs with smaller feet and a great big sheepie tail.
