So I thought I'd try breeding together 2 regular sized sheepies while leaving my mini sheepie OW in... Aaah! I was definitely caught off guard by this, haha. Anyone know why this would happen?

I have no idea, but it's adorable. So much Froof!

Probably a weird combination of ball sizes and scales - like the mini's ball sizes, scaled up to the regular sheepie's scale, maybe? Either way, I agree, it does look oddly cute haha.

I think any numbers below 100 for default scales revert to 100 in second gens! Which gives you giant babies like this hahaha

It's what Arie said! Default scales numbers are inherited from the parents, not the breedfile. So if the hexed mini sheepie file has 75 default scales, and you breed two regular sheepies with 150 scales, you get a baby shaped like the hexed overwrite but with the much larger 150 default scales making it huge :)
