Hey folks, I've never gotten into showing my Petz, but my interest is suddenly building!
I've read the rules and such, but there's one thing I'm not clear on: are you required to take a new pose photo for each show you enter, or do people reuse their "best" pose photo over and over?
I didn't see a guideline on this explicitly stated anywhere, but I may have missed it. Thanks!

Myself I reuse pose pictures, although if they are consistently placing below 2nd place, I try to take a better one! I’m psyched that you’re thinking of debuting in the show scene!! The more the merrier!!

It's totally fine to reuse one picture as much as you want!
I think PKC has a rule that you have to use a new picture every month, but everywhere else, it's generally totally accepted to keep using the same pic.

Nice! Thanks for the answers, folks. I don't want to make my debut and accidentally cheat. XD

The perfect pose can be like gold-dust, and sometimes you'll have a pet who's super stubborn about posing at all - I feel like getting just that one good pose is work enough in itself and plenty worth a pet's whole career xD But if you find that a certain judge's judging style favours certain aspects of a pose over another, it might be fun to have a couple poses on hand. And you could always have things like left-facing and head tilt poses on hand too just in case shows like that come up, but they're too rare to need to be prepared for really, which is kind of a shame. I love fun shows like those.
