This is my first time ever posing petz and I wanted to know how I did, and if any of these are suitable to enter in a contest.

It's a good start I must say but out of the five shown, the first two are just perfect even of how nicely aligned the front legs are. The other three are just almost far off as I can still see the other leg behind the front one, just by one/two pixels. Another thing I should point out is that because they're Calicos, you would expect wonky eyelids and trying to make them straight while you get them to pose is no easy task. I think the second and fourth can qualify for perfect resting eyelids. Anything else... it's up to Ratqueen to decide

Think with Spice and Latte could be possible to hide more of the front left leg. Spice it would help to increase the fatness. Rest should place well, maybe Oliver could hide a little more of the front left leg too but it's not bad.

I agree with what was said above. The three cats on the right are angled with their head slightly too close to the camera, which creates that bit of front leg showing on the right side (and Midnightwold is right: Spice looks a bit thin, which exacerbates the front leg problem). The first two cats are excellent, with optimally-positionned Calico tails, and very good leg alignments! They will definitely have a chance to place in shows! Glad to see some new people entering the show ring with kitties! (by the way, there are 4 open kitty shows at the moment just waiting for one more entry each to be judged! )
