My gosh, is he precious or what?!=D
I have like zero knowlegde about Ferrets, but little Finn couldn't be more precious!^^ how is he doing with the cats and Diggory? Are you planning on the two of them sharing a cage together or is it better for ferrets to have seperate cages? Would it make a difference if they were two girls vs. two boys?
Is it true what they say about Ferrets that they smell?=o so many questions...hahaxD
Anyway!^^ I'm most definitely looking forward to following little Finn and watching him mature<3

Ferrets do have musk, if I recap right.
All the same, I could just die from all his cuteness! I love ferrets.

Is it true what they say about Ferrets that they smell?=o so many questions...hahaxD Anyway!^^ I'm most definitely looking forward to following little Finn and watching him mature<3 with the cats: he's actually really good!! he ignores them for the most part, but nipped sooty a bit yesterday (like when cats groom themselves and nibble, like that) but other than that he doesnt really care for the cats right now haha! unlike diggory wholl chase/try and play with them even though they dont want to LMAO. with diggory he gets sooooo excited he makes noises like a flock of geese. theyre pretty ok with each other right now, diggory will sometimes nip down and not let go, but its nothing a bit of water wont sort out. but theres no blood/pee/poop which would mean that you shouldnt let them interact. so for now theyre pretty good with each other, though we're taking it in slow steps, with finn being so small and diggory not having been near other ferrets since he was little. sharing a cage: is a big no for me because im so paranoid that and they havent been brought up together to lower the chances of fighting. with them both being hobs, once finns googlies drop theyre more inclined to fight unless one or both get fixed (which they will be next yr when finns manparts come in) even so after that id like to keep them in separate cages just in case something happens if im out and im not there to prevent it. but they'll get walks and play time together so itll be enough to keep them happy (-: as for the difference im not really sure?? lees told me that females can have a big attitude and two unaltered boys are likely to fight a lot/til one obviously dies. the lady i got him off though had all her females/the babies and an altered male in their play pen and they all seemed fine. so im assuming if theyre fixed/brought up together from an early age theyll be pretty a-ok with eachother! and yea they do smell, unaltered ones smell way worse than altered ones, especially when theyre in season. if you like your house smelling nice i wouldnt recommend an indoor ferret at all haha!! thanks for all the nice comments everyone! hes learned to poop in the corner now and not all over his bed, which he got treated for a few moments ago! hes lightening up on the nipping but still wants to give you a good chomp if he starts getting annoyed and stuff, which hopefully will stop soon P:

Eeee I love ferrets! They have such adorable faces! But I found the only thing I didn't like about them was the smell... Bleh. But otherwise they are such great pets! Makes me want a ferret... But with seven younger siblings and not really anywhere I could let it run free besides my room, it probably isn't the best time... :I (Just another thing I can look forward to when i'm older and get my own house. xD)

Gorgeous photos and beautiful pets. I especially like the last one of the ferrets and the first one of the cat.
