I'm not allowed any pets at my current residence, but my sister has a few cuties that I enjoy the company of! Stewie! Sophie! Coors! but my dream pets are.... A parakeet! I grew up with them and would really fancy one with unique coloring. A lutino cockatiel! I don't think I could handle one yet as they are very expensive and loud, but a moluccan cockatoo or an umbrella cockatoo is a dream. <3

My babies. Russell (aka Elessar Thrilling Rival) is a nearly 7 year old Pemby Corgi. He loves the ladies (despite being neutered), but he loves food even more. He's a happy boy who's un-phased by most things. Hopefully he'll be in Starters HWTM/Freestyle next year. Here's a video of some of his moves (he started learning about 6 weeks ago so I think he's doing pretty well): Tempie (aka Magnificent Monique, oh how I want to change her breed register name lol) is a 9.5 month old Papillon. She's super fun and super crazy. She wiggles at everyone she meets and isn't scared of anything except her own reflection. I've never liked little dogs before I met Papillons, but she's so drivey and smart that I've been totally converted. Tempie video with a few of her favourite moves: Kizzy is a 2 year old rescue Collie (possibly cross) who we got when she was approx. 8 months old. She's dog reactive, but the most loving and intuitive dog I've ever had when it comes to humans. She likes my fiance better than me xD We also have several cats and dozens of rats, but I probably won't be getting more rats since we're moving out soon!

Hello, yes, why don't people post more here :I I have two cats atm, one taken as a kitten from the country side, and another adopted from someone over the internet. This one's Rarity, my grey, white toed tabby babee that's just super tolerant and doesn't mind anything. I placed her heel on top of the opposite knee and surprisingly enough, she didn't mind at all lol. In fact she actually posed for the camera which i personally found absolutely adorable haha. So prim and proper ;>

Gaah! Everyone has such beautiful cats and dogs! I'll have to get some more pictures of them all later but for now... So first of all I have 4 hermit crabs, I just got two new ones today. The only one I have any pictures of is Donald. Yeah the pictures are a bit dated...He's a jerk but I love him. He tries to pinch me whenever I reach my hand into his cage because he's a jerk but as you can see I can hold him, it's just getting my hands on him that's a pain in the rear. My other crabs are Hun(newbie), Phantom(newbie), and Killi. Hun is huge and nearl black in color. Killi is a different kind of hermie, he's orange and rather small. Phantom is the smallest and also not a PP. He's nearly white, one of his legs is a bit messed up but he moves around fine so yeah. Killi enjoys tormenting Donald. I was cleaning out their at the beginning of summer, I take out my crabs put them in a plastic bowl, boil everything in the cage, dump out all the sand/coconut fibers, then put it all back together with fresh sand/coconut fiber. At the time I only had Killi and Donald. I was in my room putting sand away, the crabs were out in the kitchen in the plastic bowl when I hear my grandmother start yelling, "What are you doing?! Stop that! Stop right now! Don't be mean!" I had no idea what was going on so I went running into the kitchen to see what was wrong. And there's my 4'3" grandmother leaning over the bowl on the counter and shaking her finger at the crabs inside while yelling. Killi enjoys poking at Donald. He has since I got him. Donald will be curled up sleeping, minding his own business when Killi comes over and rolls him over, climbs on him, literally pokes him, snaps his claw at him, ect. Donald generally just ignores him and walks away. Well this time he had had enough and climbed on top of Killi and pinned him down. I also have my dog Wrangler(Wrang) for those that don't know Wrang is a rescue. My mom lived next to people who had him. They were very abusive. He was in a little 5 foot by 5 foot kennel with a large lab all day without shade or shelter. They eventually got rid of the lab because there is a weight limit on the size of animals that can be kept where we live. The woman who owned him was great but she was never home. He was left with her husband and her three children all day. They would take a hose turned on high and corner him then spray him down. He was beaten with objects, had things thrown at him, and kicked with steel toed boots all witnessed by my mom, myself, and my stepfather. Animal control did nothing. Well I heard the lady mention that she might have to get rid of him so I offered to take him. He was under weight and just looking at him would cause him to cower. He was a year and a half when I got him, they'd gotten him when he was six weeks. He will be 5 in December. He is now a healthy weight and looking at him causes him to come running because "OMG YOU'RE LOOKING AT ME! YOU'RE GONNA LOVE ON ME!" Again I'll have to come back with more recent pictures later but for now... This picture is from when I first got him, the chi is my best friend's dog Bama. She got him a few months before I got Wrang, her and her family found him on the side of a highway in Alabama while visiting family along with a couple dead puppies These two are best friends and play together all the time. This is Boo. I lost him about 3 years ago but he's still on my mind a lot. He was a wonderful cat. He followed my sister home from a friend's house one day when he was a kitten, a tinny kitten at that. One that could fit in the palm of my hand. We asked around because it appeared to be a healthy well cared for kitten but no one knew anything. And I got to keep him. Boo with his "Mama" my stepdad's(male) Boston terrier. We got Morgan about a year before Boo from a local breeder and when I got Boo, Morgan declared him as his kitten. Boo and his baby, Shark. Shark was my brother's cat. We only had Shark for about half a year before he got hit by a car. My brother took it really hard, Shark was his first pet. Morgan and his grand-kitten. And last but not least is Buster...okay if you want to get down to technicalities he is my dad's dog not mine but he thinks he's my dog. A family friend had a female Am. Staff mixie that had puppies. Dad was looking to get a new dog having gotten over the loss of Bo, a border collie malamute mix he had had for 15 years. The puppies had just opened their eyes. A couple cried when picked up and none really seemed interested in people other than the family. Except one little fur ball that walked right up to us and woofed. He's the one that we chose. -------------------------Edit----------------- This is Hun. Filli is molting so I cant take him out, Phantom and Donald refused to crawl around long enough for me to get any good pictures of them. Picking Hun up really made him angry. And some modern pics of Wrang. He was shaved a month and a half ago or so.

So yesterday we got a betta. My daughter wanted to name him some weird throaty garbled name, while my son wanted to call him "Daddy" or "Daddy's Fish" =b So I named him Jacques; my husband's middle name haha. There were all different colours, but they wanted the orange one; possibly because he reminded them of a goldfish. My husband thinks that our cats will eat him... or possibly our son. I hope not! I've really fallen for the little guy already. <3

Ooh, I love betta fish! We had a beautiful one named Mister Stark (he had a beardlike marking that resembled Robert Downey, Jr's in Iron Man) who we sadly lost earlier this year. It was devastating--they're really fun, interactive critters, and we loved him a lot. Jacques is cute--he has kind of a pouty little face, doesn't he? If you're worried about the cat/kids deciding to DIY some sushi, you can get (or make) a lid for his tank as long as it has holes in it for air, since bettas have lungs. It's a good idea anyway, since some very dumb fish try to jump out of their tanks.

So sorry about Mister Stark, gumdrop. A lot of people think that fish don't have personality and therefore aren't worth fretting over when they die. So not true. I lost my last betta (whom I had in my teens, so a long, long time ago) and it was very upsetting. They are awesome fish.
I'm planning on getting Jacques a bigger tank soon. He's in a one gallon for now and I'm hoping to bump him up to 2 - 3 gallon if possible. If I do, I'll try and get a lid for him. He's in the kitchen, so not an area the kids normally play and the cats don't seem to interested in him so far. Two of the 3 cats have been around fish and fish tanks before and they never tried to snack on the tank critters so here's hoping!
I never noticed, but you're right. He does have a pouty face hahaha.

^ Oh gosh that tiny face!! She's too adorable.
I caught Julie trying to fit into her old basket earlier this morning. She can't fit in it when it's upside down anymore (there is a hole on the side she used to crawl into). I think she's got it pretty much figured out now.
