Ok, so I've been practicing this whole pose thing and I -think- I got a few good ones. What do you guys think? Ozzy: James: I think Ozzy's is better, I feel like there's too much left front leg showing in Jame's picture. Thanks in advance for any help ;D EDIT- Do you think this would be a better pose for James? Or the first one?

I would really suggest you don't align by the front wrists because it's causing your alignment, particularly in James's second pose to be way off. At least, that's how I assume you're aligning it because Jame's second pose is way too far from the screen, almost the entire far back leg is visible.
I prefer James's pose over Ozzy's because overall his body is square and centered with the screen. Ozzy is tilted slightly away so, while his head is nice, the overall impression is that he's standing slightly away from the screen.

I'd give James's first pose a BIS placements, depending on the competition...^^. That one looks pretty much perfect to me.
Ozzy's pose is good, but he could be ever so slightly (you'd have to count pixels) turned more towards the camera and voilá=D haha.

Thank you Sheba!!! That makes me happy to hear haha.
I literally JUST started this whole posing-thing like a couple days ago. I've never done pose shows before, so I really haven't got much grasp on what's acceptable and what's not lol. I appreciate all the help I've gotten the past few days ^.^

I agree with sheba I would place that dog BIS or 1st depending on competition. When I align my dogs I try and focus more on both legs being aligned than worrying about a little bit of the back leg showing. You want the face to be as square and center as possible
