For some strange reason, this occurs whenever I go to another window on the computer. Or... just randomly when I've been playing for more than five minutes. It seems to go away when I turn the sounds off in the game settings. But I'm not sure if that's what brings it on or no. Help? ;__;

Hmmm... I think there's a simple fix for this. M'mind isn't cooperating at the mo... I think you need a new copy of the verbassert file, or remove it... dang bad memory!

Whoa.. I was so way off. Apologies! I hope it didn't cause any further problems. *sighs* I may have been thinking of a P5 issue...? Sorry.
*goes to time-out*

Don't worry Sue, verbassert.dll is a funny little monkey--it causes about 50 issues in Petz, none of them really related to each other. And Lissa, glad I could help! Did it get fixed at all?

*smiles and sighs* I use to keep on top of this stuff, but the nearly three-year-away-time has left small holes in me brain. I feel like I should remember, but something just doesn't add up about it all... *ponders*
