I apologize if this has already answered, but ProBoards search fails, so I couldn't get anything to load and didn't feel like searching through countless pages for a topic. That's almost like looking for a needle in a haystack, seriously. x.x Well, anyway. I've mostly been using Petz 4 lately, but today I decided to put all of my petz in a folder so they wouldn't run away and just keep a few petz for P4 & P5 so I can get into naturally raising them again. I didn't really have any for Petz 4 I wanted to use, so I decided to take a cat and dog out of the folder for Petz 5. The two I took out were Singe and Catalina. Okay, I'm just rambling now -- let me get to the point. I had Catalina out for a few minutes, and all of a sudden, my game just crashed. Out of nowhere. It says "Petz 5 is not responding... checking for a solution to this problem" or something similar, then it forces me to press the "close this program" button, while the game is frozen in the background. This isn't the first time it's happened to me, either... It happened once before with one of my other petz. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this? I'm running Vista, if that helps. I currently have the game open right now, so if it happens again, I'll make sure to take a screenshot of it. Thanks to anyone who can help me with this~ <3 Nostalgia

Hm, I never heard of this error before. x: Did you try to find anything in this topic?

If you're using Windows Vista or Windows 7, it usually just sort of happens sometimes. I think I recall a download to 'fix' it on one of the major Petz sites, although I can't remember which or if it even works. Haha, usually if I am cautious with how fast I click toyz it stops the game from crashing after 5 minutes. Are you running the program as an admin. and under Windows 98 or something?
