Sooo as some people may know, my cat passed away about a month ago. I can't believe it's been a month already... wow.
Anyways. She was a Maine Coon mix. And I decided to open a Maine Coon cattery in remembrance of her... however lame that might be.
I was going to call it Treasured, but I wasn't sure if the name was taken. And I'm not entirely sure that I like the name either. Aaand for some reason when I tried to register the prefix at PKC it wouldn't let me, even though when I search the prefix no one has it butwhatever.
My cat who passed away was named Rebecca Jean, and we called her Beggie for short (I was three and couldn't say her name, sorry). I was thinking I could just use her name or nickname as the name of the cattery.
I would love some opinions. I plan on showing the heck out of Coons and getting a line established and stuff.

I'm about 98% sure that Treasured is taken. For the PKC thing, it might be in the process of being registered (I swear I heard somebody was going to use recently).
For the actual name, Beggie Coons (or some variant) doesn't sound too bad but instead of naming the cattery after your cat, you could name it after a characteristic of Maine Coons and hex (or ask somebody to hex) a Maine Coon that looks like her. Even if she's P-registrable within the PKC, you could use her on a site layout or mention that she's in memory.

How about Jean Cattery? Jean's Something like that? Oh, and I could have a go at hexing your cat?
