I have been a member on the PKC for a while but have never really been active. I know that there is some kind of rule about changing show poses but I can't find it on the site, probably totally overlooking it but I was wondering if anyone could explain that rule to me. I know you have to change the pose but idk exactly when that is. So if you could help me that would be great. Thanks in advance

The date on the photo will actually turn red if you've had it for too long. But the general rule is one pose per month. You can go a bit past the month, but basically a judge can only see one pose a month. So if you entered Artemis #34 and your pose is still valid when Artemis #35 opens, you can't enter it, you'd need to get a different pose.

Ooooo ok I got it so it all depends on it the judge has seen it or not. Thanks for making that clear!
Also I can enter both Major and Minor conformation shows until one is totally fulfilled for a pet, correct?

Yep. It won't let you enter if your pet has enough majors anyway.
But preferably you have one pose a month for every pet. Some shows don't always judge on time, so they give you three slots in order to get a new pose for next month if your other pose is locked in a judging show.
