I need an offline HTML editor that will allow me to code my pages with HTML and CSS and preview the pages...that way all I have to do from there is copy/paste the code on to freewebs. Do you guys know of any easy to use, free tools like this?
Much thanks! ~Kristen

Not really... Dreamweaver's the only thing that really comes to mind.

I don't know either, since I code everything by hand... But I found this: www.evrsoft.com/1stpage3.shtmlDon't know if it's what you're looking for, though?

That might work =) I code everything by hand as well. Basically, all I need is something that will allow me to preview the HTML offline

Oh, but you don't need a HTML editor to preview your sites. =3 Just open the .htm(l) files on your pc with your internet browser, and you can view it. ^^

Oh? But how do I make, save, edit an html file? I mean...what format would I use and save it as?
EDIT: Answered my own question...save a text file as .html duh, lol
How would I write the paths for images that are on my computer though?
EDIT again: Figured it out. I am using paths like this: c:\Users\Kristen\Desktop\Petz\Home\frontyard.png
And they won't open in firefox, but IE works fine to preview. Thanks so much!!!! This will help me get my site done a million times faster!!!

If the images are in the same folder as your html document, you can just use "frontyard.png". If you have a folder with all your html documents/css sheets/etc in it, but you have a separate images folder (like 'images', like most people use) , you use "images/frontyard.png". You don't have to use these long paths, as long as the files are in the same folder. =)
