It's exactly what the title says. On the loading screen of my P4 game, it freezes at exactly the same point each time, and won't load any further. This is the first time I've had any problems with it. I've tried shutting my computer down and opening it again, doesn't work. I cannot reinstall it because I got it off the internet and used PetzA to run it passed the free trial XD. Help me? =D

OHHH.
I have this. Let it get stuck, then go to the petz icon, right click and select "run as". Run as adminstrator, or whatever is closest on your operating system. It should unfreeze, & come up with "petz cannot find ---". Click the okay button, & it should load?

Just don't press "do not show this message again". It completely ignores it, and the next time it flashes up, it asks for the serial code. -____-;;

Yep, I figured that out. It asks for the serial number anyhow, I just click exit and it works! Ahh thanks so much =D!
EDIT: Okay, so now when I take pictures this comes up when I try to save.

I got that too. It says it when returning petz, too. O___o I only got it after the serial number fandango, and it didn't ask for it before the "do not so this message again" thing.
I have no idea. x___x Sowwy! At least the game works now?

Maybe I should save my petz and reinstall it... I mean, all of my show petz are on P4.
Here's what comes up after I close the game too, for every one of my petz. The game works afterwards with no changes even when that comes up. And I checked my hard disk and it's got plenty of space...

Same for me. xDD I've got no idea why, or how to fix it, I'm sorry. But yeah, I only have 3 petz on this computer [temp one], so it's not important for me. For you, I'd definitely suggest reinstallation.

Please let us know if reinstalling helps; to me this sounds like an error has developed in the way the program accesses the disk, either due to permissions or the code getting buggered up.

It actually didn't work when I reinstalled it. It pretty much put all of the same stuff right back in my game. Like all the breedfiles I downloaded were there before I even played it. It still kept freezing... And then all the same problems with the camera happened, to where I couldn't save my pictures on the game.

Hmmm. Try uninstalling, but this time go through your folders and manually delete the Petz files, including the ones hiding out in the sekrit place (I'm assuming you're using Windows Vista/7). Reboot the computer, and then reinstall to My Documents.

I actually have Windows XP, but manually deleting the files and reinstalling worked anyhow! Thanks so much Brynn!
