I've been having problems loading my Zoo Tycoon: Complete Collection game onto my new laptop. The associate who sold me the laptop and game assured me that the game would run with Windows 7. I can load the first disk, with the base game, just fine. When I go to load the second disk, with the two expansion packs, however, it tells me it cannot install correctly-- something about a problem writing C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Zoo Tycoon\xpack2\global05.ztd, and "make sure hard disk is not full, and that the file is not in use".
I'm not very good with computers, so I have no idea how to fix this problem, or if I even can fix the problem.
Anyone have any insight? I <3 this game =[

Sounds like a permissions issue. Try opening the CD and finding the setup.exe file, right-clicking, and changing the compatibility and have it run as an administrator. Also try installing it to My Documents or something other than C:. If that doesn't work, I can go into some deeper troubleshooting later - it's midnight here, and I's tiod.
