After 3 years of an out of date cell phone I'm finally getting a new one tomorrow as an early christmas present. I was thinking the LG Rumor 2 because the key board may be easier to text with(FINALLY GETTING UNLIMITED TEXTING ) But I also need to know some good phones that aren't too complicated. I just need a nice phone that will be easy for an early highschool student. If it's helpful I am with Bell in Canada. I understand there may be different deals and phones other places but this is just so I can know.

Motorola Hint QA30^ I have thaaaat phone, I like it aside from the fact that the backdoor doesn't fasten very well. It's easy to use, and has a really nice 'conversations' feature for texting that groups all your messages to and from a person into a chatlog. It's great for remembering what someone said to you last or how you responded to them without going through 4 different menus since everything is on one screen. And for personal experience on what NOT to get... anything Kyocera. They look nice, but the phones work like crap.

I have this phone! It's FAB. I had a really, really out of date phone for a long time.. so I thought it'd be difficult to get used to a newer one, more complicated. It's really easy to work, actually & it has some neat-o features, like a touch screen keypad that becomes a real keyboard (with individual letters) if you turn the phone to the side. :3 I'd reccommend it!

I ended up getting the LG Xenon btw It was one of the few compatiable with the new bell network(AMAZING) and I really enjoy it. I could have got a full touch screen but I perfer the keyboard too. I didn't really look but just fell in love with that one haha.
