I really want to get a tablet. I have $80 saved up and its enough for a small wacom bamboo. Before I go buy one, I want to ask for anyone on here that owns a tablet and uses it frequently to write a little review for it, and any opinionated advice.
I would appreciate it if you would fill out this form:
Name: tablet type: what kind? company: what company is it from? Cost: how much did yours cost? Review: what did you think of you tablet? problems? Was it worth it?: self explanatory Anything else?: self explanatory

Name: Neco tablet type: Wacom Graphire 3 [x3] company: Wacom Cost: $200 Review: Total crap. In less than 6 months, BOTH tablets that I bought ended up dying; the pens were faulty and they said it would cost me another $20 - $30 to replace it when I called customer service, which were rather unhelpful. I managed to use the opposite end of the pen for a while, but soon enough the USB drives themselves just stopped working and I wasted over $400 for a couple doorstops. I've had a few friends that also bought similar tablets and had the same exact problems :/ Was it worth it?: No. If I could, I would take that money back and save it. Anything else?: I am bitter toward tablets and Wacom lol.

Name: Devilchun tablet type: Wacom Intuos 2 company: Wacom Cost: I've forgotten by now; around $200? Review: Awesome. <3 I've had it for like EVER now and it still works perfectly, as well as being super easy to use. I seriously couldn't live without it. The only very small issue I've had is that in its old age it's gotten slightly less sensitive but I've found I can fix that by adjusting the pressure settings. :3 Was it worth it?: Absolutely. Anything else?: Nope. ^^

I was also wondering which one was the least expenisive, but you could still see what you were drawing on the tablet's screen?

Anything that's like... 3 x 5 or 4 x 6 are the smallest and cheapest that go for about $100 with tax and shipping. It may be harder to adjust to than the larger model, but cheap is cheap, haha.

I was also wondering which one was the least expenisive, but you could still see what you were drawing on the tablet's screen? you're going for at least $1000 there. Yea, the Cintiq 12wx is around $999 and as I've heard, a total load of crap. The screen is only sensitive in the middle, the edges are total crap. A lot of people have been complaining that the screen becomes scrathed in no time at all, and since the screens aren't change-able; you have to live with that. More information: www.wacom.com/index2.phpI'm getting the Medium sized Bamboo Fun

Name: Teh Skitch tablet type: Grey and blue. I'm not very sure. company: Wacom Cost: I dunno. Review: Great! Though for some reason recently when I move it to the top, it changes the cursor permanantly to a square with a number in it. Was it worth it?: Urm... Yah. Anything else?: These things are great for drawing, though I wish the right click was easier to use.
