Haha I feel like such a hog now, and it's funny how I hadn't updated my site in so long and suddenly today and yesterday I took it by a storm... Anyways, I'd LOVE for my latest layout to be coded, for Idolum, my base site <3 And I'd love for it to be coded exactly like my current Idolum (as in the splicing of images and having the whole layout cut up, not targeting parts of a plane, like my archive... The archive is much simpler because it requires less images, but the whole shenanigans of the browsers and such I feel is alright for an archive but err... not so much a main site, it might get in the way XD). How I'd like it coded: i42.tinypic.com/21mrssx.pngThe box thing in the middle is about where I'd like the content to end up [behind the papers and the portrait but in front of the photographs, if that makes sense), I don't care if it's not exact but I don't really think I'd want it wayyy off either ;D And the links on the right should just go individually to other pages just like it does in my current site. And I dunno how hard this is, for me this is impossible so whoever is able to do it is basically a savior. And I'm willing to throw in a hex or two into the mix? :3 [uhh someone was coding my other layout made by meredith and she was having problems with it.. And then I deleted the PMs and can't remember who it was x___x I feel so bad... And I feel it'd be rude to just ask someone else to code that one but I'm getting very sick of my current layout, so I want to change it asap. So if it was you that I'd asked to code for me, I'm SO sorry for forgetting who you are, and please do contact me, I think you're in need of a gift!] Thanks so much!

I'd be able to do it, but I don't think I can place it behind/in front of things. >< < 3

Huh, I'm not sure how it's done but I honestly would rather not have it just be a box.. Like in my current site and archive, the content goes under the images of the dogz? That's how I'd like it.
Sorry for being so picky... When I want something perfect I want it really perfect xD [on the other hand usually I don't care about anything so yeah, this means a lot to me]

Good luck!

I'm working on this, just so you don't think nobody is, I've just run into some issues trying to get the layered effect. The images you want to go over the iframe need to be transparent, because as I have the iframe set right now...the text is appearing just above the pug's head and going over the girl's arm, which I believe you want it to go under that cutout? So, in order to make the layered effect, the only way I know how is to have a transparent image set on an upper layer from the iframe to go over it, but, since I can't really make the girl and dog cutout transparent, it's not going to work. Do you possibly have copies of your layout images? Like, basically I'd need whatever you want as the base in one image like you have, and then whatever you want on top of the iframe as separate images, preferably transparent, or I can convert them if needed. Or if you don't, (I never save anything lol) perhaps maybe just some petz pictures I could layer on top? Or something else? I'm not sure if there is some other way your current layout was done, but the only way I know to get that layered-like effect would be transparent images layered over the iframe. Or maybe some really skilled splicing. I'm not that skilled lol. Sorry, I hope that was understandable, it's late hehe I should be in bed... It's my birthday but I've got nothing planned so I can hopefully do more later tonight if I hear back from you.

Yes I think I have the pieces still, I probably saved this as a PSD as well (If I hadn't I might as well just shoot myself now...) -shoots self- I have the original of the girl and the dog, but not the PSD of this file itself... GAH I'm so stupid!!! Well here's the original of the girl, if it's not gonna work then it's fine if the text goes over the girl (: i44.tinypic.com/wwisnr.pngThank you SO much for doing this for me love! <3 And yeh, the layout I have now I believe is transparent layers, but it was fairly simple because the way I'd made that layout was with very simple and solid colors, unlike this one which is all pictures [stolen from google x: don't tell..]edit; I sort of cut out a frame, if this is of any help? :/

I'm working on this again, I don't know if I'll be able to do the layered effect, but I'm gonna try. Other than that I've pretty much got it done, except for a slight problem with the links not wanting to open up in the iframe despite everything I do lol. So that will definitely need fixing. And, right now how I have it set is to have the image centered in the page and then a black background around the image which can be changed to whatever color you want. The only browser-related issues are that it doesn't center in IE, and sticks to the top left, and the iframe is slightly opaque. But other browsers the image is centered no matter what size the window is, and you can't tell where the iframe begins and ends unless there's text there. I'll work more trying to get a good picture of the girl transparent and try to get it set directly over where she is now...And of course figure out whatever coding is wrong on the links...But other than that it's looking pretty good. Edit: jewellzreverie.110mb.com/idolum/ I uploaded it to my own server just to make sure everything would work okay. Please let me know if there are any glaring issues you want fixed. I tried to get a cutout of the girl to go over the iframe but I couldn't get her positioned just right, sorry. And, it looks perfect in Chrome, so I think that means Mozilla too, and IE it still looks okay, but not as great. (Although I do have an older version of IE, not the newest.) I can also change the color of the text and the background if you want, or you can do it yourself.

Ohh I love it!
I think I might make the box of writing smaller, but I'm thinking I can do that myself, as I can do it on my current layout, if it's the same then I can manage. And I realized that it's pretty close to impossible to make the frame actually go over the writing as I forgot to save the PSD thus not having the cutouts... darn!
And I can do the background myself, I want to experiment with that a bit.
Thanks so much! If you could PM me the coding and what rewards you'd like (Maybe 1 available & 1 limited hex? or art, heh), Thanks so muchhh <3
