Ok I am going to make my rescue site soon and I don't have a host-site in mind yet (or a name) this is partially for me but also because I am curious to see what other people think. I was looking for an ad-free one but I don't really mind. Please don't lock as this isn't just for my enjoyment but also for the enjoyment of others. So, which do you like best?

I am assuming you mean free webhost, right?
Of the list, I say freewebs. There are ways to get around their ads by creating a subdirectory and putting your website in the sub-d. Its prevents the ugly ads from haunting your pages.

I used to use Atspace back in the day and it was pretty easy to use; I had to use it for a school project and it wasn't horribly hard to figure out, haha. And it's ad free.
Though if you don't know how to make your own layout, then that may not be the best route for you. It doesn't have the designer like freewebs does.

I use Geocities.
Yus, they have the small ads to the side, but you can click them off each time the page loads. Besides, you don't have to know html if you use pagebuilder.

I like freewebs best, as it's much nicer to work with, though they don't give you a whole lot of space.

Ok, well I guess it's freewebs, but I really want to try something new.
Selena: So by clicking off the ads I suppose you mean pop-ups? Because then Geocites sound pretty good. If it doesn't work out though then I'll stick with Webs.

No, they're not actual pop ups. They're just to the side of any geocities site. They just make the page a little smaller until you click them away and I rarely do anymore, you get used to them. if you to go geocities.com/cylara13 You'll see what I mean.
