The first number (for instance, on AnkleL, the first number is 15) is the color. Change that accordingly to whatever color you like.
Note that for eyeL, eyeR, irisL, and irisR, these aren't the same. Ignore eyeL and eyeR for the most part. To change the colors for irisL and irisR, it's the second number.
Also, don't be surprised if the colors don't show up right, especially on the ears and such; the addballz govern the colors on the ears more than the main earL and earR ones, and textures also cover colors up at times.
