I was hexing the honey bear breedfile using ResHacker and I had already taken out a few catz from the AC to see how things were going. I close the program, make an adjustment, and open petz again. The breed has dissappeared from the scrolldown list. My file is in the resource folder and I didn't change the name. Is there somethign I might have accidently changed for the breed to just dissappear?

Sometimes it can just happen with reshacker..
To fix- 1) Save the breed that is not appearing as 'messedup.dog/cat" ...in reshacker copy the entire file.. 2) Grab a copy of the original breed and put it into the resource/dogz or catz folder ...paste the contents of your messedup file into it. Compile, Save.
The breed should now appear..
Sometimes it's not necessary to do all that and all you need to do is just copy some of the contents of the file..paste it back and then compile/save and it works again...

Try editing with LNZ Pro on Carolyn's site (Nicholas's page) carolyn.thepetzwarehouse.com/. It doesn't have any problems like this and it can check your LNZ file for errors too!
