I couldn't find nose variations anywhere on the internet so I tried it out myself and it worked.
First you change the 5th number in [Ballz Info] to 4, for L nostril, R nostril, and nose (bottom).
Then paste this under [Paint Ballz]:
[Outline Color Override]
;nose
#3.A <--- Default (Black)
#2.B <--- Brown
17, 95
41, 95
55, 95
#1.C <--- Pink
17, 70
41, 70
55, 70
##
;individual variation
#3.A <--- Default (Black)
#2.B <--- Brown
17, 15
41, 15
55, 95
#1.C <--- Pink
17, 15
41, 15
55, 70

This is for Brown, Pink, and Black (which is the default color). You can add more variations if you like. Under , for ballz 17, and 41, keep white, and ball 55 is the color you want the nose. The white parts are the little shiny parts on the nose. And for [Outline Color Override], all 3 ballz are the color you want the nose to be.
And last but not least MAKE SURE you put .(letter here) after each variation for both to tie each one together. If you look above at my copy/pastie the pink nose variation both have #1.C, and brown has #2.B etc. If you don't do this then you'll have some noses come out brown with a pink dot and vice versa.
Hope that made sense
