It would be best to use ResHacker for this, if this isn't the hex editor you are using.
You delete From here
;individual variation ; #2.B #1;right hand 47, 100 1, .3, .9 35 15 2 -1 4 1 0 34, 70 -.8, .9, -.7 35 15 1 -1 2 1 0 ## ; ; #2.C #1;left hand finger 10, 80 .8, -.9, -.7 35 15 1 -1 3 1 0 ## ; ;
There is more variations here I just removed them to make this shorter.
#2 #1 52, 20 -.1, -.6, .3 35 15 1 -1 4 1 0 ##
To the section but do not delete this part.
If you don't want the black tail tip then you have to delete the section which would be all this:
;individual variation #2 61, 35, 2 #1 60, 35, 2 ## ; #5 62, 35, 2 61, 35, 1 #4 #3 #2 #1 ##
Hope that helped you! ;D

www.spiffay.net/P4D/At the Petz Source they have good tutorial on puffing the tails (under the "Next Step") and they have a Copy/Pastie for one flop ear I believe.
