Ugh.. this is driving me crazy! I know there is some simple little trick that I am not aware of to make this work, so maybe someone can enlighten me.
I recentley hexed a file from the Tabby file. It has been re-named and all that jazz, but everytime I try and change the offset number, it either won't let me hit the "Compile Script" button, or it will, but the number will change back to the origional. It's driving me nuts because now I can't have both my file and the tabby file in at the same time. So.. any tips on what to do?

yeah I couldn't either. You need to do it through Hexplorer or something, not reshacker. Do a search for whatever the Offset number is, and change it then.
Hope I was of some help!

Here is how to do it. Go into Reshacker and find out what the offset number is. Then go into Hexplorer and do a search (in hex) 50004600. Look around that area until you see the offset number and change it to whatever you want providing it isnt the same as another breed. Then save and close hexplorer. Go into reshack again. Check to see the offset number has changed then go into String Table, 63 and change the breed name. Compile and Save. Go into the resource folder and change the breed name and it should show up in your game
