Hello! I hope someone can help me!! How do you change a 3-digit eye color number to a 2-digit in hexing and get it to show up??
I keep trying, I put a zero in front of it and the pet still comes out of the adoption center fine, but the eye color doesn't come out the color I changed it to!
Example: iris color is 176 and I want to make it 80. I try putting in 080, but when I take the dogz out the eye color is still 176!

Touch the first number and press the space button and you have a 2-digit number

I'd assume pet file since they said "adoption center".

in a breed file. Even when I changed it to a 2-digit number it wouldn't show up as that color in the adoption center.

It probably still has the Iris colour variations, right?
Space out (if you're using a hex editor), or put in a carriage return (if you're using externals or ResHacker) just under the [Outline Colour Override]. You should see your colour come out after you do that...

I've hexed for years and never heard of a "carriage return." ... Anyway, in a breedfile, I do this all the time: Let's say the eye color is ...244... And you want it to be 34. So just hit the spacebar over the 2, then type a 3!: ... 34... The space in front of the 34 doesn't matter and it should work.

Carriage Return = Press enter, or insert '0D0A'
