Ok I know you can make your own tattoos by making a texture and placing it only on the hip. Okay im hexing the great dane and replace the last texture in the list to this:
[Texture List] \art\textures\jowl1.bmp 1 \art\textures\hair6.bmp 1 \resource\dogz\gryffindor.bmp 0
Okay so then I scroll down and change the texture number on the hip to 2. I take out the great dane and petz shuts down displaying this message:
Sorry, Petz 5 could not run because of the following error: Asset not found
Asset = \ptzfiles\dog\gd\gdpup.lnz. This may be caused by low memory or lack of hard disk space.
What did I do wrong?

I was looking for unanswered posts here and found this one... I don't know if you still need help with this? I think that Petz may not support folder/file names longer than 8 characters. Try renaming gryffindor.bmp to, say, gryfindr.bmp -- both the pic in your dogz folder and the path in the breed file. It should work, because I can't find anything else wrong here, and I have used the same technique on some test breeds without problem
