At the moment you can't. You'll need to use reshack or LNZ Pro and maybe find some on the web to paste under paint balls

No you can't make your own. Like unless you want a circle. Thats why I use LNZ pro, and make my own. I found Petz workshop too hard. But if it works for you, thats great ^^ !

Which bits are difficult? I'm always looking to improve Pet Workshop so suggestions are very welcome!

Well I was trying to make a heart tattoo, but the ballz kept over lapping, and I couldn't figure out how to move them.

If they overlap it doesn't matter - it won't show on the pet unless you put an outline. Just turn the dog/cat around untill you get the spot where you want it then click place.
I've never been any use at writing tatoos but I think pet workshop is great

To place them in a certain spot, just rotate the camera view. They always get placed at the exact center of the view, so if you want to place a paintball at the top of a ball, move the camera so it is looking down on the pet. (It says this on Carolyn's)

What's all this talk about cameras? Is this a feature of LNZ Pro or something?

On the regular Petz Workshop? So you can see the pet without opening the game?
