Is there an easy way of making the pictures of new breedz that show in the adoption center? Someone mentioned a program for it! Thanks for any help

There's a program called "Petz2BMP 2" that can extract the Adoption Center picture from any pet file, so you can use that to take a picture of a pet of your breed. You can download it here: mkandc.thepetzwarehouse.com/The pictures inside pet files have slightly different dimensions than those found in breed files. So you will still need to manually extract the current BMP picture in the breed file, then paste the new breed's picture (extracted from the pet file with Petz2BMP) onto the old breed file BMP using a graphic program, then make the entire background the same pink, so it will appear as transparent in the AC. Once you have that edited BMP for your breed, you need to put it back in the breed file, in place of the old one, and adjust the breed file's size by adding or removing null bytes (hex 00) at the very end of the BMP picture. I'm not giving much details here, because I don't know what your hexing experience is There's no way to replace the Adoption Center picture in a breed file without doing some hexing.

if your using petz2bmp2 on a petz 3 or 4 pet file then its even easier.
after you use petz2bmp2 to extract the pic, open the pic in your hex editor and select 10688 bytes and "copy" then "open" the (p3/4/5) breedfile and search for " BM " and select the B then "paste" ;D

and select the B then "paste" ;D You mean "and select the BMP", maybe? What about the dimensions of the pet BMP being slightly different from the dimensions of the breed BMP? Doesn't that matter? Won't the picture be mis-centered if we don't go through a graphic program in between?

Won't the picture be mis-centered if we don't go through a graphic program in between? nope I meant select the B when I search for BM my hex editor highlights both the B and the M so I just click on the B to select it and "paste" in the new bmp, making sure its set to "overwrite" and not "insert" Sometimes I'll select all 10688 bytes of the bmp and then paste the new one over it but it dosen't really matter which way you do it as long as its 10688 bytes. I've never used a graphics program to do my adoption center pics... I never use petz 5 pet files to get adoption center pics, I sort of remember them being different the once or twice I did use pet2bmp2 on a couple
