How long does it take for warnings to go down? Is it influenced by what you do or is their a set rate?

There is no set rate. It does depend on what you do, but also on what you have done to get the warning(s) in the first place, and on how many you've had so far. We usually decrease warnings by small increments every month. You can PM me directly about this in the future.
