Click on profile and scroll down 'till you see "Avatar Url". You need to have uploaded your image on a host. I can show you a good host if you need it. Type in your image url then type in "100" in the two boxes below it. 100 isn't needed it just usually makes your avatar bigger.

Yep, the Avatar Width and Height depend on how many pixels high and along there are in the image. To find out, find where you saved the image, right click on it and go into properties. For example it might be 78x96, so in width type 78, and in height type 96. Avatars can only be 100x100, no larger
