Therreeee it is, ok. Just a tip -- does NOT show in IE. xD It shows up in IE just fine for me. I think the issue you are having is Resolution issues as opposed to actually browser issues. Your resolution is too small to view the full frame set.

Your resolution is too small to view the full frame set. I should probably put a note on the home page saying that if they are having viewing problems, to fix it, they need to change their resolution size. Only thing...with IE, how do you do that? >.>

You don't change resolution size through your browser - It is though your desktop properties. If you want to correct the actual problem which should make it viewable in most resolutions, change your frame set info to this (I bolded the part I added):
<frameset rows="100,*" border=0 frameborder=0 framespacing=0> <frame src="top.html" NAME="top" scrolling=no style="border: 1 solid #511599"> <frameset cols="220,*" border=0 frameborder=0 framespacing=0 scrolling=auto> <frame src="left.html" NAME="left" scrolling=no style="border: 1 solid #511599"> <frame src="right.html" NAME="right"> </frameset> </frameset>
