Excellent job with the PETArds, but I don't agree that vegetarianism is improper eating. I have been getting a load of that stuffed down my throat. I must say that if you practice it properly, it can be very good. Take my Gr.6 teacher. She is a vegetarian, perfectly healthy, and she runs 10 MILES everyday! Talk about health! In any case, I am a vegetarian because I don't like the feeling I get when I eat meat. Veganism is to me slightly extreme. In any case, awesome job against those PETArdos! Oh gawd, John Bryant is SUCH an idiot! As well as the bull comment about Hitler. I will HUNT YOU DOWWWNNN!!!!! Great job Lox!

I used to be a vegetarian, and it never helped me... three years of no red meat caused me to be sickly, pale, thin and lethargic. Now I'm back to being carnivorous, I'm much healthier... I have had few ailments and sometimes can't wait to sink my teeth into a nice juicy hamburger... the only thing I don't eat though, is Pork, because pigs are more intelligent than dogs...they also get treated pretty badly in the slaughterhouse compared to sheep/cows etc. But no, I'm just talking about the hypocrisy of Peta...killing innocent dogs, whilst preaching to us about how terrible it is to eat meat.

THEY KILL CATS?!? PETA SUCKS STINKS! (please ignor my bad language)
For those who are using school computers and can not go to freeweb websites, here are some qoutes from Lox's site that would make you want to kill PETA:
"Let us allow the dog to disappear from our brick and concrete jungles -- from our firesides, from the leather nooses and chains by which we enslave it." -John Bryant, Fettered Kingdoms: An Examination of A Changing Ethic, PETA, 1982, p.15.
"The cat, like the dog, must disappear..... We should cut the domestic cat free from our dominance by neutering, neutering, and more neutering, until our pathetic version of the cat ceases to exist." -John Bryant, Fettered Kingdoms: An Examination of a Changing Ethic, PETA 1982, p.15.
"In a perfect world, animals would be free to live their lives to the fullest: raising their young, enjoying their native environments, and following their natural instincts. However, domesticated dogs and cats cannot survive "free" in our concrete jungles, so we must take as good care of them as possible. People with the time, money, love, and patience to make a lifetime commitment to an animal can make an enormous difference by adopting from shelters or rescuing animals from a perilous life on the street. But it is also important to stop manufacturing "pets," thereby perpetuating a class of animals forced to rely on humans to survive." -PETA pamphlet, Companion Animals: Pets or Prisoners?

Great site! Except for the petards page. Kinda offensive, as I see nothing wrong with taking a dog out of a yard if it's being mistreated! Especially when the animal control won't do anything about it. We were actually talking about helping an abused weimeraner in that way...
