WOOOO! Finally Judged! Sorry about that. It turned into an everyone wins show, and I really hope the mods move these when they're judged, because I have no idea how to. Winners are in last post. Yes, a retriever show, proving wether or not your retriever can, well, retrieve. I don't know if there is an actual procedure for this, so I made one up for myself. There are three parts, the "fetch" where the dog goes to the toy and picks it up, the "retrieve" where the dog is bringing the toy back, and the "presentation", where the dog sits to give the owner back the toy (sounds like a long game of fetch, dosen't it?). I don't know if those are the actual terms, but they are the terms I shall be using. For the fetch picture, the dog needs to be in the act of picking up a toy (I reccomend a large toy (not the tennis ball) so that it is easy to see). The Retrieve picture needs to be the dog running with the toy in it's mouth, and the Presentation picture needs to be with the dog sitting with the toy. My dog, May, is in the example below. I noticed she liked to show-pose with the toy as soon as she heard the camera, so be warned that it could take a while. Rules: ~Must be a retriever, or a duck hunting breed. (Spainiels are not allowed) ~Must have all three pictures ~ Must be an adult ~The toy MUST be visible ~Points awards only ~I will close when I reach 10 enteries, or before if not enough interest is generated ~2 enteries per person Form: Call Name: Show Name: (Not necessary) Breed: TEXT

You can use any toy, as long as I can see it. And of course labs can enter. They are technically called laborador retrievers after all!
