Hey~ Okay, I use Outlook to receive/send email from my 3 different accounts. Works great. I have synced it with my yahoo mail, which I have a large number of saved petz files (mostly adoptions) from the year 2006 through present. What I need help with, is it possible to save the folders of emails from outlook, to another folder on my hard drive. I'm hoping for a quick method, as opposed to downloading nearly 14 years worth of adoptions one email attachment at the time. O. M. G. I can't import/export, save anything. I have researched, but the problem is, the videos I watch all have a different window for the outlook program. Mine does not have the menu at the top with all the usual options. ( eg. I don't have the "file" etc. in the top left corner of the program.) Is there a way to achieve this?I've tried to find a way to change the window options for the program, but it only has make-it-pretty options, not functional options. I keep moving in circles, and I am dizzy.

Do you have this (or something like this) in the very top left of the Outlook window? If you click the little downwards arrow on the right, you get a bunch of options - there should be one near the bottom that says something along the lines of "more options". This brings up a window with a bunch of things on the left that you can chance your settings for. Go to the options for the task ribbon, which if I understand right is what you're missing. You should then be able to add things back to the ribbon, or reset the default settings. If that isn't it, could you post a screenshot of what you have and what you're missing?

I'm assuming you are using the Outlook application that comes with Windows 10? I also use that same app and same operating system but we must somehow have different versions because I have File, Home, Send/Receive, etc at the top of my app.
Or are you using a web browser?
I too second the screenshot of the application

Thanks ladies! Arie, I do not have an icon menu like that. At the bottom left, I have icons for mail, calendar, contacts, and a check mark for switching to "to do" and settings gear. This is all I see... *Edits: I uploaded an image to carolyn's space, I'll remove it after. homebody.eu/carolyn/s-image/m-mail.png <--- It's annoying, because I feel like I should be able to find this! /rant Thor, yes. Now, I did upgrade to Windows 10 from 8.1 when MS offered the free upgrade. I love 10. But I do not have an outlook window with a menu at the top. It's listed as follows, top to bottom: ___ ___ ___ + New Mail Accounts email 1 email 2 email 3 Folders etc... (Here are where the above listed icons are, mail, calendar, etc...) That's all. P.S. I found this page that shows exactly what I have, and how to customize it. www.howtogeek.com/232277/how-to-set-up-and-customize-email-accounts-in-windows-10/ (copy and paste this)

*head-slap* The email addy I was given for this program, is an outlook addy... so I assumed the program was too. I will definitely look at this and hope to find an answer. Thank you, m'friend! *hugs* *Edit* I found the folder that attachments are saved in. I do have to open the email in order for the attachment to be copied to that location, but it's still better than downloading them one at the time. It's one step less tedious. It's good! And... If I figure out a way to open all at once, I'm really good. ;D
