I made a newfie breedfile hexed off the lab, and for some reason when I try to breed the dogs I get a "One of the petz is too young/other problem" error.
I've been using Petza to speed-age the dogs, but I don't think that's the problem because it worked just fine when I tried it on a pair of labs.
Any ideas as to what I broke?

I dunno but maybe age both petz down, put them away, bring them back out and age them up again?

Si the pets still producing offspring even though the message is coming up? I get that message when petz get too skinny but they still produce something despite the error.
Is the breedfile external, or an OW? If it's external can you write the process you did to make it external?
Kind of a "did you try turning it off and back on again" question, but neither are accidentally neutered/spayed?
Did you use any external textures in this new file?
Lastly I'd ask if you're running as admin btu seems like OB Labs are breeding fine so that's probably not it.

De-aging and re-aging them didn't work.
They are not producing offspring, and neither of them are spayed or neutered. It's an external breedfile, and to make it external I changed the breed ID in the RCData, and in the String List I replaced 'Labrador' and 'Lr' with 'Canadian Newfoundlander' and 'Cn'.
I did not use any external textures.
Edit: One of my pairs just tried to mate on their own, and the game crashed. The error message says that it tried to find \PtzFiles\Dog\Cn\Cn.lnz. and couldn't.
