First and foremost, I want to apologize for being all up in this board's grill lately with my problems. I just seem to be full of them lately. ;n;I am running on Windows7 and since I have been having so many !@#$% problems with my game, I reinstalled Petz5 to the 'My Documents' folder. Everything in the game itself seems to be working fine ... However, when I open up Tinker to put my downloaded toys into my carrying case, I get this error: FFFFFFFF. Has anyone ever had this problem? If you can help me, I promise I will give you my soul to do your bidding. Thank you!

Have you tried open a toy in Tinker and then trying to edit the carrying case?

Have you tried open a toy in Tinker and then trying to edit the carrying case? Yes, I have. I have also tried running both programs as an administrator & uninstalled/reinstalled Tinker and P5 on numerous occasions. Still nothing. :C

It worked just fine for me; where do you have Tinker installed? Which version of Tinker are you running? If you like, we can set up a time to use Teamviewer so I can see exactly what's going on.

Hello Brynn, thank you for responding!
I am currently running the latest version of Tinker, version 1.9.1. When I posted this thread I had it installed to the 'Program Files (x86)' folder, however, I just tried reinstalling it to the 'My Documents' folder, and it's still producing the same error. I would love a chance for you to get to the bottom of everything! I'll drop you a PM. c:
