Okay, I never liked abno breedz much because they move like a stick, however, over the last few days, I have come to like that "stick-ness" because they make such nice show dogz. I was wondering if anyone knew how to make breedz move like a stick?
Anyone? I would love to further my skills by starting here, with "stick-ness", but dont know how to find a tutorial on it. I mean, I don't think typing "Petz moving like stick tutorial" in google will help me any, so any pointers or links to such tutorials or anything would be greatly appreciated.

hmmm...I think they move like a stick because of their angled legs...

I think that the "stick-ness" your talking about is just her style of hexing. I don't think it's something you can actually "learn". Someone correct me if I am wrong, but that's what I think. You could try angling the dogz legs like she does and making the breed long. She has a tendency to make the breeds she hexes very long in body. I am not saying this in a bad way, but I think that it adds to the "stick-ness" of a breed. *lol* ;D

No, there is something to make them stationary because their legs don't move or twitch like normal petz. I have long since tired to stretch my dogz and/or angle the legs dramatically.

At VPZ there is a bit about projections, she says that you can use them to alter the breeds size etc (im not sure how but anyway) but that using them can affet the movement. I think its something to do with that

It might also be that their tails, etc. are made of addballz, and don't move like normal ballz, they follow the base ball. For me I don't like stick-likeness. It just seems weird.

I know, I am not fond of the stickness but I want to make breeds that pose nice like abno's. As for the addballz theory, it is not true. I have checked that aspect and most of Abno's breedz have few addballs unless they require them for neck thickness, extentions, etc.
And the tutorials on VPZ and whatnot do not touch on this basis. I have tried to email Jess of ABnormality, but no such luck in getting a reply. It has been two weeks but I shall continue to wait pateintly.

oh GKC, if you want to ask Jess I would suggest going to the forum. When I wanted permission to hex the GSD breedfile and let people have the hexed file, I e-mailed her and got no response. Then I posted about it at the board and got permission the next day. Just make a thread there Click to go to forum
