\resource\dogz\hsilver.bmp 10
\art\textures\hair10.bmp 1
Okie this in bold is where the Texture is located the one in Green is located in the Dogz folder and means it is an external texture
The one in Red means that it is in the Rez.dll so that means it is an internal texture and you don't need to add any in as all of these are set in the game...
----
\art\textures\
jowl2.bmp 1
This here is the Name of the file so it knows what its looking for when configuring the file...
----
\art\textures\hair20.bmp
120\art\textures\hair20.bmp
20\art\textures\hair20.bmp
0This is the level really it changes the look of the texture on the pet, so really i just play about with these until i get it how i want it to look, normally these are set to about these levels 1, 0, 65 or 105, but really they can be any level anything really high like 150+ really you don't get much change i find, i would suggest not to go higher than that ...
-------------

If you are hexing in Petz 5 all the textures are available no matter even if you do not have dogz or you do not have catz
-------------
Adding the texture to the BallzWhen you are wanting to add the textures to the ballz then you go this in ballz Info...
This is if you are hexing
Dogz 15, 244, -1, 0, -1, 43, 0,
2 0 ;L ankle
39, 244, -1, 0, -1, 3, 0,
1 1 ;L eyebrow1
This is if you are hexing
Catz 10, 24, 244, 1, -1, 15, 0,
1 eBall_ankleL,
10, 24, 244, 1, -1, 15, 0,
1 eBall_ankleR,
In bold is where you add the number of the Row of which texture you want
-------------
Texture Row NumbersThe number indicates which row you are using in the texture list
[Texture List]
\art\textures\hair11.bmp 1 <------ This here is 0
\art\textures\hair10.bmp 1 <------ This here is 1
\art\textures\hair11.bmp 1 <------ This here is 2
And so on as you get more textures down the list
-------------
Add Ball TexturesThe files also have addballz that will need textures adding to if you say are doing the ears in hair11 texture from this little list above
;ears 82
52, 43, 6, 12, 39, 0, 0, 0, 3, -1, 18, 0, 0,
0 52, -43, 6, 12, 39, 0, 0, 0, 4, -1, 18, 0, 0,
0 52, 40, 86, 16, 39, 0, 0, 3, 3, -1, 77, 0, 0,
0 52, -40, 86, 16, 39, 0, 0, 3, 4, -1, 77, 0, 0,
0 5, 10, 26, 0, 39, 0, 0, 0, 3, -1, -99, 0, 0,
0 29, -10, 26, 0, 39, 0, 0, 0, 4, -1, -99, 0, 0,
0 So as you see you would set it as 0 as that texture is in row 0,
-------------
Paint Ball TexturesAlso if you are wanting to add a texture to Paint ballz lets say Spots
5, 50 -1, .7, .1 19 19 0 -1 4
1this this is the column you must add the texture number to like with the ballz
-------------
If you are making your own TexturesIf you are making your own texture to use on the file you use the top code in green
if it's
dogz you are hexing it will be
\resource\dogz\hsilver.bmp 10
if it's
catz you are hexing it will be
\resource\catz\hsilver.bmp 10
Your made texture must at 8 Bit Colour
-------------
I hope this helps and if you want to know how to add texture variations just ask
