Enter.Back in 2005, an equestrian team for promising riders was formed. It was designed to give accomplished showers a chance to train with the best instructors in the country, and have the chance to compete in national, and international shows. After over two years of preparation, the Cross Rail Equestrian Academy was ready to open. And thus began project CROSSrail. The CROSSrail program takes only the very best, most promising riders. It was originally designed to give riders a chance to learn and develop, whilst living and working at a riding school. But it extended into more than that. Relationships formed, rivalries blossomed, and a general social life began between the students. Some had their eyes on the prize, and blocked out everything else, whilst others began getting sidetracked by romance or friendship, and their riding level began to fall. How will you fit in? Riders are provided with the best of facilities, a clean barn, and amazing instructors. Riders are assigned their own horse on the first day, to care for and train as their own. Over time, if they earn enough money, they can choose to buy that horse, or their own horse from the sales. The CROSSrail National Equestrian team regularly competes at high level competitions, or inter-riding school shows. It is aimed at eventing mainly, but teaches all aspects of horsemanship and occasionally competes in sports other than dressage, cross country and show jumping. The riders must all strive to be the very best, and earn a good reputation for the program. These are the future gold metal winning Equestrian riders. These are our future stars. Will you join them? We just opened, so we only have two members, but we've got an active administrator, and are looking for staff, so if you join you could have a decent chance at a staff position. We're also looking for riding instructors, and we'll be accepting almost any level of RPer, as long as you can make at least a one or two paragraph post every time.
