I bred a monkey and an ostrich and one baby had 2 grey lines sticking out of its head! Neither parents have that. What happened? xD Mum and Dad Baby

Depends on how those lines behave. If they go wonky like across the screen then it is likely a bodyarea, project ball thing.
But the ballz in question look like eyebrows. My guess the creator of the breedfile made them -99 in size rather than omitting them, so they show up in 2nd generation at a larger size.
But I am just guessing.

The ostrich has no eyebrows so thats probably what is happening. Ive never had that issue with the ostrich before. They monkey has eyebrows so it cant be the issue unless its eyebrows are too small?

One way to kind of narrow it down, is to open the .pet in LNZpro. Look in the project ball area. See if there are any -1's.
The game -1's mismatched bodyareas. It also -1's addballz listed in the project ball that have been put into omissions. (I guess those ballz get deleted in the 2nd gen) This later one I learned recently when doing the wasp file. I fixed it by removing or omitting the addball and the project ball section relating to the ball.
The two eyebrows are their own separate bodyareas from the rest of the pet. So if the hexer used the project ball to anchor areas, then that may cause problems in 2nd gens if the bodyarea column was neglected and left for the game to choose.
I can't say a whole lot without peeking into the files of each of the parents. That is the main one that comes to mind.
There is a different Linez issue that I've seen relating to add ball clothing, if the article is put on and then removed. This happens because a non existent add ball was left in the Linez section. That is fairly easy to fix by figuring out which is the last addball in the breed file and removing the linez connecting any ball numbers higher than that.
But my guess there was no clothing applied to the pet.
-- Just had another thought. They could be ear ballz. If that is the case it could be the omitted addballz and bodyarea mismatch causing it. Either way, check to see of the [Project Ball] has any -1 listed where the ball numbers should be.

Personally, I just love the odd stuff that happens when cross-breeding like that. Carolyn's Spiders make for some fascinating and terrifying kiddos.
