How did I do here? Are the front legs as aligned as close as possible, or can they be closer?

The legs are actually pretty good, but the tail could be a little more curved towards the head of the cat. This comes both from timing (when exactly to take the picture), but also alignment. If the cat's front was angled a tad further away from the camera (which, on a Calico front leg like this would make the few unavoidable pixels show on the left side of the leg instead of the right side), then it would help a bit with the tail curve as well. But the main problem with this pose is the cat's head. It must be straight, with the irises perfectly level. Very pretty kitty! Looking forward to seeing it in shows! PS: I've edited your subject to add (CATZ), as it's required when posting in this board.
