Meer I have a couple petz from Jackie @ Ambrosia and recorded the rules into their profiles. The prefix for Kujaku is Ambrosia's. I also have some petz from c0otiez but I don't have a prefix, just an email. So for Chandra, you can contact juicezlikewine@yahoo.com and hope they still use that email to find out the prefix. This is why it's so important that if you're adopting out petz - always put your rules into their profiles, especially prefix (if any) and what to do if the person who adopts no longer wants the pet. =P I personally always add the rules if they're not in there as soon as I get a new pet nowadays, but for my oldies that I have renamed the owner and who have more than one breeder name listed in the family tree, I'll just show them under my own prefix.

I don't think it's for a forum/me to dictate what to do about prefixes, but I personally agree with what's been said here. I don't think I've ever been in that situation myself so far though, but I mostly show petz I breed myself. I'd probably do the same as paranoiapaige does if I really wanted to show an unknown pet though.
I just wanted to make sure you were comfortable with what everyone was leaning towards. If you were uncomfortable with it, I could stick to just the pets I've bred. You, and the other mods, have put a lot of work into making this a fun place to hang out, and I wanted your input on it. I'd feel disrespectful if I didn't ask.

Where is PCG? I've never herd of it before. PCG is Petz Community Gathering, an old (now inactive) forum. It used to be very active and contains a lot of Petz information (including many old adoption threads that contain user's rules/prefixes). Thanks for the link :-) I'm sure it will be a big help.

This is exactly why under owner on pets that I breed, it says Alex@Gotham. Easy fix for them to realize my prefix is Gotham and/or find me. ^^ And stancymckatt, next time instead of doubleposting, you can edit your previous post to quote two different people.

I agree it's a very good idea to add your rules to the profiles of petz you adopt out. Way back in the day I didn't think of this, but these days I have a standard thing that I always copy/paste into the profiles of all my adoptions, with my rules, email and website link so people know what to do and can get a hold of me if they need to. And I try to remember to always add this information to petz that I have adopted as soon as I get them if it's not already been added by the person I adopted them from. But sometimes I put it off and forget, and back in the day I was much less vigilant about making sure I had all the info, hence my little pile of petz missing prefixes. XD

XD I've always been lazy about this, As I don't really care if someone uses my prefix or not. But Maybe I ought to start doing this.. Anyone ever pasted something in, then saved it in Lnz Pro if they forgot? Rather than loading the whole game? If not I may try it on a copy of a pet to see what happens.
