Thanks so much! It's possible but I wasn't on any forums or anything back then -- I was way too shy to put myself out there growing up haha
Hopefully I actually get it up and running and don't flake!
My husband loves Gundam and I tried to watch it with him twice, but just couldn't get into it. Third time's the charm though I guess so definitely going to have to revisit it one of these days lol Digimon and Pokemon though omg my entire childhood! It's actually impressive how extensive libraries have become -- you should definitely ask if your library can request other volumes for you from other libraries! I watched Lyoko a ton when I was younger but it sort of scared me haha I think probably because it was sort of more serious than other shows I was watching. If you ever need any anime recs, let me know!
Lyoko was scary... Worse than Reboot. And that was saying a lot back then. As I'd watched Swat Kats, Batman TAS, and Batman Beyond by that point.
Do you read books? If so you might like DragonSong, and DragonSinger by Anne McCaffrey The rest of her books are more miss than hit for me. Those two are really good though.
i haven't read any anne mccaffrey books but i love a good fantasy epic so i've added them to my to-read list ! i've been on a reading binge (mostly easy-to-read horror books lol) so thank you for the suggestion!
Yeah Cyber Sleuth is quite long but nostalgia kept me going and I finished it all. I didn't care much for the battle system-- super bare minimum, but all the Digimon had me happy. I'm excited for Survival but I think its delayed?
If you haven't watched The Invisible Man yet that one is definitely worth watching. I've watched it probably four times lol also I watched a movie with Kevin Bacon called You Should Have Left. It was really strange but interesting! I haven't watched The Possessor yet I don't believe but I'm gonna check into it now lol

Welcome back! Looking forward to seeing you around the community!
Hi julia ! Welcome back to the fuzzy warm embrace of the Petz games.
I only watched a few episodes of one Gundam series, but I do enjoy building the kits quite a bit. I wish I'd known that mech kits existed as a kid. I've always loved building things, but was only aware of the standard western fare back in the day (model planes, trains, and automobiles). That stuff didn't ignite my interest in the same way that piloted super-robots would have!
ahh i know what you mean! i'm too clumsy i think to actually take on building a model but there's this one stand at NYCC (well i'm sure there are actually a bunch but this is the one that always catches my eye haha) that sells kits and one year they had this pink, semi-translucent gundam omg i almost bought it just because it was so beautiful
