I think this is a wonderful idea Thank you for your time, your creativity, your coding skill, your effort and most of all your kindness and generosity for creating this wonderful place and sharing it with everyone expecting nothing in return. Thank you for the events, thank you for the memories Thank you for creating the platform where everyone is equal and able to earn points Thank you for all the years!

PUGS was one of the few sites I would visit every day I loved buying petz and selling my own, the games, going on dig site sprees for the gem shops, the events that you put countless hours into I'm glad I joined when I did and got to experience everything that you put together. It's hard to say goodbye to something that became a big part of my daily routine, but PUGS is an important piece of Petz History that will live on forever with us

PUGS has brought me so much joy since I rejoined the PC - I was so excited to visit it every day, play the games, and buy more beautiful petz. I know what I've experienced the past few months is just a taste of what you've done for so many people over the past several years! I'm sad to see it go, but I fully respect and understand your decision to prioritize what's important to you. Thank you so much, Midnightwolf!

Maybe I haven't been in the community long all that long, but I fell in love with PUGS the moment I checked it out. The layout was clean and easy to navigate, the games and events were fun, and it was so easy to interact with people. There was clearly so much passion and harder work put into the site, you couldn't help but admire it - or at least I couldn't.
When I had a question, you were nothing but friendly and helpful in your response, and when I saw you responding to others in the chat, and it hurts so much to see someone who does so much for other people not get the gratitude the deserve. But I (and I know I'm not the only one at RKC who is) am thankful. You've earned any break you want to take, a thousand times over; I won't deny that. But I can tell you and PUGS have a special place in the hearts of the Petz Community, because it's found one in mine too, and always will even if just in the form of memories, whether it be for a short time, or forever.
I know there's going to be a long spell where I still find myself typing in the web address to play the games and mine gems, to see what's going on in the chat and markets, to squeal in excitement if I see an event... only to be met with a blank page and a wave of sadness, and a nagging worry and wonder seated in the pit of my stomach, of how you're doing and if you're all right because I can't know your exact situation, and wouldn't presume to, but I've been in dark places of my own and would never wish them on anyone, least of all someone who has done so much for others, even if some entitled, juvenile hats couldn't their heads out of intestinal tracts long enough to see the work you do and what you've gone through to keep things up and running this long.
When I saw the news this morning, I felt shock, sorrow, worry, and anger at the way you've been treated. I felt regret that maybe I didn't do enough to make it clear how much I valued the site during the time I used it. And I think those feelings will stay with me. Please, please take care of yourself, and be okay. We care about you, and will miss you so much, and I don't think even all the words I've written here can truly convey the appreciation and respect I want to. I can only hope they're a fraction of enough.
Stay safe, and be well, MW. If/when you ever come back, we'll be here for you.
Because you've been here for us.

I joined the PC shortly after PUGS first opened and as such it has been a big part of my PC experience from the start. I have so many good memories on there and so many nice petz I have acquired through it. I will miss it dearly, but understand where you're coming from. Thank you for the many years of running this amazing staple of the PC. I wish you all the best in your life! <3

Thank you, Midnightwolf! Thank you for making the PC more enjoyable and giving us one common place to get cool hexies, unique bred petz, play fun games, show our petz, and talk to one another<3 Thank you for putting too much time and effort into making a community more fun, more accessible, and more easy. My heart hurts for the loss of PUGs, as it was my favorite website to check every morning before work to see what cool new things others have posted, but I 100% understand the reason behind it's closing and I stand behind any decision you make for YOUR mental/physical health! YOU are more important than any silly thing on the internet or computer. Thank you for the fun, unique hexies, the super fun contests and the hours of fun! I wish you nothing but the best<3

Midnightwolf, I love your site sooooo much, there were so many amazing people, especially you, and Petz. There was so much I dreamed of buying from the gem shops T.T
If you can't continue the site, can't someone else? It was one of the websites I would visit everyday, and I love it so much T.T

Thank you so, so much for PUGS. I so appreciate the creativity and time it took. When I wasn't feeling it in forums, it was comforting to have PUGS there. Over the past couple of weeks it's been especially nice to have it as a constant daily activity, but over the years it's also been so nice to dip in and out. PUGS has always been a positive space for me to go and I can't thank you enough for that.

Midnightwolf,
Just wanted to take a few minutes to express my gratitude for all the love and time you poured into PUGS. I had been a member in the past and had only recently re-joined. I appreciated the sense of community as well as how friendly and helpful you were upon me returning.
I thoroughly enjoyed the nostalgia of the set up paired with your sense of humor which was easily displayed through descriptions on the various pages. I visited every day! In fact, much of my small crew can be accredited to PUGS so thank you for making a platform where we all came together to showcase our successful breeding endeavors or gorgeous hexies.
All that being said I am deeply saddened, not by it closing although there is regret in that as well, but in reading how you have been treated. I am sorry for not expressing how thankful I was for PUGS but isn't that how life works? You don't know what you have until it is gone. That being said, even as 'strangers' I want you to know that I care. That there are plenty of us who care and that you are not alone! Absolutely anyone I have met in life whether in person or online needs to know they I am always an ear to listen or a word of encouragement, which means you too! I truly hope to still see you around the community. Wishing you nothing but the best atop a very heartfelt thank you! <3 Sakura

Thank you Midnightwolf!! You have gone above & beyond for this community & I hope these messages show you just how much your work has been appreciated <3 I would get all my petz purchased from PUGS over the past 9 years (oh gosh that long), but there'd be wayyyy too many haha Your dedication to PUGS was beyond words I can express so to think that you were treated the way you were is just extremely upsetting. I respect your decision fully though & hope that from here on out you'll be shown the respect you deserve. I will continue to cherish all of those fondest memories that I've collected from PUGS over all these years! We'll be behind you & here for you whenever!

MW you have done so much for us in the petz community, it's actually unbelievable? And without asking for a single thing in return? Like how do I have 10+ of your incredible hexies and I haven't had to even trade a single thing of my own. And you made every step of the process exciting and fun! (If there is anything I've ever hexed that you might want please please ask, though nothing I can give could possibly be enough to repay that.) You are hecking selfless and PUGS is going to be unsurpassable, it's the benchmark of petz services. I'm sorry that I (like everyone else who has loved PUGS, we are many!!) haven't said how much I love it more often. I'm really really hoping that you'll still stay around in the pc, even if moving on from PUGS is what's best for you right now. And in the meantime we are all going to treasure our PUGS purchased petz even more and all of these wonderful memories you created for us. (also, if you'd like to know, I've named my new vulture Lawyer Slayer)
