Okay so I've noticed people do two totally different alignment styles on here, and I'm trying to figure out which one is more perferred. I've seen both wrist and ankle aligns, and my experience (20 years XD dang I'm old!) tells me to do the wrists, but I've noticed a bit of a trend on here with ankles rather than wrists. Example one: Vegas He's aligned by wrists, so his back feet are crooked by comparison to how some other breeds might look. He's also dali personality I think lol Blair here is a brat and she's off wrist alignment because I was tired when I was posing her lol. Her ankles are a little more aligned than Vegas, so her wrists are off and she looks off to me. Project here just sucks, lol. I definitely didn't try with him, and he's really ankle aligned so his forelegs look like crap.

I'm pretty new to this posing world, and I too have noticed that most dogz align by their backfeet-- but I think its really only Dalmatians? I honestly follow this guide here: petzforum.proboards.com/thread/62900/dogz-posing-judging-guideAs you can see, not all the dog breedz have suggested the backleg alignment. When I'm judging, I base it off of not seeing any (or very little) of the left legs sticking out too much. I also value the face-- so those weird noses I'm not a fan of on the last two dogz you posed. I like the heart shape or even noses on dogz.
