I've searched for selective petz breedz like a million times and every time I do I fell like I end up with the same few breedz over and over again. I've seen a dozen tamsins and patchwork calicos (still love them, just kinda repetitive) and I'm kinda wondering if anyone has some new ideas for selective breedz, or even just knows of ones that I haven't heard of.
Bc this is a breeding service thread I can try to breed for whatever selective breed you want and put some of the results up for adoption if ur interested! It's the least I could do!

There's a lot of different selective breeds out there! Is there a thread for all the different ones? That'd be cool to compile.
Hmm.. I've been loving sheepdogs with poodle personality lately. Adding spots or a dalmatian coat to the mix might be really cool too :o Sheepadoodles?

I think it'd be interesting to see an Alley Cat/Persian mixed breed, that seems kind of out of left field.

Oh my word Alley Cat/Persian or Alley Cat/Chinchilla persians have been some of my besttttt second gens My favourite was a white alley cat with a fluffy tail and a chinchie personality xDD
Also I moved this to petz talk and help though since the thread is over a year old I don't think the OP is still looking for answers. But still this seems to have prompted an interesting yet still relevant discussion about mixies so I don't see any harm in continuing it.

Man I fell in love with with some Poodle/Dane selective breeds not too long back. They were called something like Masked Wolves and Harlequin Danes but I don't think the person who bred them is active anymore, sadly. In general, I'm really starting to appreciate Poodle mixies for the fuzzy textures and ears!

Mutt Patch Dane's (I think that was the name) were hugely popular way back (2002ish). Basically it's a Dane body bred so that it breeds the mutt patches true. Especially the upper nose patch, and colored toes. I think Dane ears were preferred because the ones I have are all with Dane ears.
I'm not sure if purebred selective breeding counts for this... but these were popular back when (and brought back happy memories), so I though I'd include them.
Spotless, or low spot, Dalmatians. They had to be 100% Dalmatian. That made for some huge files!
Calico + anything that would make it have a poof tail.
Then there was the rare person who would bred solid colored sheep dogs. Some bred them so they'd breed true bob tails. But that was rare. I think I only remember 1 or 2 people doing that.
There was one person who bred rare colored Meezers (Siamese), and another one who did Dachshunds.
Has anyone tried to breed a Persian with Siamese points? or Maine coon points? Would that even work in game? Basically I'm thinking like a Himalayan cat (think Sassy from Homeward Bound).

You can definitely breed mixies which are just the shape of one breed and the pattern of another!!! Kind of an opposite breeding project of mine was breeding Siamese cats with markings from Carolyn's blinka file it worked too, after 7 non inbred generations xDD Rainbow meez Lukas says gay rights

I think a Himalayan type cat would be entirely possible, from my understanding, but I think it would have to be done with Siamese points instead of Maine Coon. I saw something about the latter's face markings being grouped in a way that won't pass on separately to different heads or something like that. That said, I'm getting curious to try something like it, too! Edit: Found the thread on here talking about it, though I may have misunderstood: petzforum.proboards.com/thread/67697/maine-coons-white-muzzle-passing
